Terms of Service page has everything you need to know about this! But if you are lazy to go there - sure, you can! ONLY WITH CREDIT.- Do you sell merch?
For now - nope, I don't! If you see anyone selling merchandise featuring any of my work - please report to me and report the seller for theft!- Saw your content on tiktok/reddit! Why didn't you tell about these accs??
Well, hah, because I don't have public reddit or tiktok! If you see my work on any of the platfroms that are not listed on SOCIALS page - these are most likely fakes, and you may report if they act suspicious.- Haven't seen you drawing people of colour. Is there a reason?
As I am not a poc myself, didn't try to create OCs of various races, because I am too afraid I may miss some crucial cultural aspects. As for fanart or commissions - you are free to ask to draw poc characters! Will try my best with them!- Why is your profile labeled as NSFW?
As my account produces media with queer themes, it may fall under "LGBT propaganda to children" law in my country. My twitter account states it is 18+ for this reason, and you are expected to be this age if asking for a commission.OTHER QUESTIONS & ANSWERS MAY APPEAR LATER!

What I could draw
Fanart, OCs (fursonas, fantasy, MLP. Plus size and poc are also possible), gore, horror and body horror, non-sexual nudity, bright colours, LGBTQ+ themes or characters, meme redraws (quality depends on what result you need, I usually draw from scratch, no direct tracing).What I WON'T draw (for different reasons)
Offensive or strongly political themes (includes symbols, slogans, characters representing certain groups or celebrities), realism, overcomplicated designs or concepts, mecha characters, detailed realistic weapons or mechanisms, fetish art, suggestive/sexual compositions, romantic interactions, existing irl people, "edits" of others' work.

Prices

WHAT YOU NEED TO SEND FOR A COMMISSION:- Visual references of the character(s). (Game screenshots are fine, but you will need to send pictures of different angles and include close-ups, more = better).
- Text description of the composition, or better, a visual of it. Bonus points if you draw it yourself, even as a very messy doodle on paper or MC Paint. This way will be easier to get what you need.
- (optional) one of my portfolio pieces, if you need the comm one to be directly inspired by it with colour schemes, lineart style or vibes. I DON'T COPY STYLES OF OTHER ARTISTS FOR COMMISSIONS.

Commission process1. Pre-payment. After confirming the order, I will ask to pay 50% of the price and provide the links to Boosty or Hipolink. After receiving an email and confirming it was you who sent the money - the work starts.
2. Sketch. I send you a rough sketch and ask for potential changes. Same with refined sketch. Then I ask if we are good to proceed to lineart.
3. Lineart. Same as with the sketch. Will send you images of the process with the composition and ask if anything needs changes.
4. Colours and effects. Colours may be very important, so I make sure they are done right. Keep in mind that, despite trying my best to listen to the customer, I may disagree to change SOME elements, as it doesn't align with my artistic vision. Hopefully, we find a middle ground if that happens.
5. Finished piece and final payment. I send you the final screenshot to confirm everything looks alight. After that I am not allowed to send the piece until receiving another 50% of the price. May include additional fees.The final piece includes: .png version of the drawing without the watermark (but includes a signature). Yes, that's all. I usually don't send .psd files and don't record timelapses unless requested (my program doesn't have this feature, instead I record the entire screen and edit the footage). Please specify if you want any additional files or versions of the drawing to be sent.

Terms of service

Commissioning me means you have properly read and agreed with all the ToS listed below.
By agreeing to the ToS, you also acknowledge you are 18y.o or older. I am not legally allowed to ask you for the ID.
If you are a minor who lies about their age - you take responsibility for these actions.

  • You can use my art as profile pictures, banners, or feature them in your videos! But of course, WITH CREDIT. (include my Twitter username in the description, on screen or in the pinned comment)

  • Please don't edit, copy or trace my work, and DON'T claim it is entirely yours.

  • Don't repost my work without any credit, even if that's a commissioned piece. Please, use my username (@RQuattroki) wherever you're able to do so.

  • I have rights to use any of the commissioned pieces for portfolio showcase. Also allowed to post the piece on socials, unless requested otherwise.

  • Using my art to train AI models or use as NFTs is STRICTLY prohibited.

  • Using the commissioned pieces for merch is fine, BUT only if it is for personal use. Selling said merch is NOT allowed, unless this possibility was discussed and approved.

  • I have rights to decline the commission if I feel like I am not skilled enough to make it, or it falls under themes I don't want to do.

  • You have all rights to ask for slight changes during the drawing process (detail fix, colour change). Major changes (pose, expression, composition) are NOT allowed, or will require additional fee, depending on situation.

  • Feel free to ask for updates if I don't respond for more than 3 days, but not less. Please, remain patient. I am trying my best to keep in touch with the clients.

  • NO REFUNDS!! Due to the payment limitations on my side, unfortunately, I won't be able to return money to you. Thanks for understanding.

  • I accept payment ONLY through Boosty or Hipolink. Paypal doesn't work in my country, sorry.

  • After paying, you need to wait for a couple minutes until I get the confirmation through mail. Only then I send the art.
